Overview

All orders placed on Sattvachitra are processed with care and intention. Dispatch timelines vary based on the nature of the product.

• Art Prints & Physical Products are shipped within 7–10 business days after order confirmation.

• A tracking ID will be shared via the email provided at checkout.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• An unboxing video of the received package is mandatory to be eligible for a return or refund.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Refund Process

Once your return request is received and verified:

• You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on bank processing timelines.

If a refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.

Non-Refundable Items

• Digital products

• Custom or commissioned artworks

• Sale / discounted items

These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to availability.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
